When buying goods over the internet, via our shopping cart, you will be sent a 'confirmation of order' with an order number via email.
You should also take the opportunity to print out a copy invoice.
If you pay for these goods on-line you will also be sent a payment confirmation by email - please retain these confirmations for your future reference.

Please place one of the invoices in the envelope, with the cheque, to be sent to us & retain the other for your records. If you do need to contact us regarding your order, please quote the order number to help us deal with your order quickly & efficiently.

Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
We will always attempt to deliver within 48 hours after receipt, according to the days stated above.
