O.636 A large 18th. century Scottish silver salver on 4 cast shell and scroll feet, with a shaped shell and scroll edge and contemporary foliate and scroll engraved border. 18 inches diameter. 79 troy ounces. Clear, crisp hallmarks for Edinburgh 1744 by James Ker, assay master Hugh Gordon. £2500.
