I.249: A rare pair of late Victorian silver & tortoiseshell candlesticks,with square tapering columns, pierced with fruit,stars & swags, the detachable sconces decorated with floral sprays. 5.5 inches tall. London 1897. The tortoiseshell base to 1 of the candlesticks has some old cracks.
